About Me

An avid fitness-fanatic, I am an energetic, passionate, empathetic certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine that wants to share my knowledge of living a healthy and active lifestyle in the most personalized way possible.

Growing up as a dancer and competitive gymnast, fitness has been a major part of my life since I was kid. I became a state champion in gymnastics while I was still in middle school. In high school, I ran track and field and was a cheerleader. After struggling with severe stomach problems and food allergies during college, I spent years trying to get results with seemingly endless cardio and very little resistance training. This led to a growing frustration as to why I never seemed to get healthier or stronger. Through a great deal of research and study, I finally found a program that helped me gain muscle, confidence, and a love for my body. Now, I am in the best shape and health of my life.

After feeling how fantastic it is to live a balanced, active life, I want to pass on what I’ve learned to others (that’s you!) and help you get healthy and back in shape!

Training Philosophy

It’s not about becoming someone else or attaining a "perfect body". There is no quick fix nor a special miracle pill. It’s about becoming the best version of you, and it takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and sweat.

I believe that when your body is performing at its best, you have more energy to pursue your dreams; you become happier, and you become more confident in who you are as a person. So many people want that but don’t know how to achieve it. I want to give you the tools to change your life.

What It’s Like

A lot of people think that in order to lose weight and get fit, they need to spend hundreds of hours on the treadmill or elliptical machines. Many find going to the gym boring. With my training, you’ll get individualized workouts designed specifically for your fitness needs, ability, and goals. We’ll minimize your time at the gym while maximizing your results, allowing you to fit your workouts into your already busy schedule.

I’ll be there every step of the way to help guide you through your transition into a healthy and happy lifestyle. I utilize circuit-style resistance training to keep you moving, helping to torch calories and fat while also increasing your metabolism and building lean muscle.
